Register for Racial Equity Town Halls from UNC System

Students walking in corridor

The UNC System Racial Equity Task Force invited students, faculty and staff to participate in one of the Virtual Town Halls that took place on Oct. 19-29, 2020.

The Task Force sought to learn about the community’s experiences, ideas and/or questions about race and equity at NC State and in the UNC System. The task force used this feedback to inform its recommendations to the Board of Governors and UNC System Office.

These town halls provided a space to share input, with opportunities to do so anonymously.

About the UNC System Racial Equity Task Force

The town halls were one of several initiatives launched as part of a system-wide task force. In September, a survey gathered input from faculty, staff and students across the system.

A feedback form for community members of all UNC System institutions was also available.
